A hobby that became a passion.

Hi, I’m Kit, a photographer based in Reading, UK.

Photography has been a passion for me since my teens, from capturing special moments and memories at events to creating beautiful portraits. I am fascinated by the science and psychology of photography; the techniques involved, how you can change the atmosphere and mood of an image through the play of light and setting or  just creating visually stunning images.

A lot of my work is with families and children, using my background in youth work to help capture the essence of what it’s like to be a child.

I mainly work taking advantage of natural light and settings, but for some projects I use light modifiers and strobes to generate the atmosphere that I’m wanting to create in the image.
